Taco azul began with love and passion for tacos. drawing inspiration from OUR LOVE OF tacos around the world, we developed a passion for sharing THOSE tacos with others.

an idea to share and serve the best tacos in Boston, quickly evolved to also include serving the best guacamole, and the best margaritas.

rooted in service and hospitality, our goal is to create smiles and memories, through our Guac, tacos, and margs.

TACO AZUL, SIMPLY, TRANSLATES TO BLUE TACO. HOWEVER, TACO AZUL HAS A MUCH DEEPER SIGNIFICANCE THAN JUST BLUE TACOS.

TACO AZUL SHOWCASES TWO CORE PILLARS OF AUTHENTIC MEXICAN CUISINE: MAIZ AZUL (BLUE CORN) AND AGAVE AZUL (BLUE AGAVE).

OUR TORTILLAS & CHIPS ARE MADE FRESH DAILY USING BLUE CORN.

OUR MARGARITAS ARE MADE FRESH USING 100% BLUE AGAVE TEQUILA.

OUR EMBLEM originates from A BLUE WHALE TAIL spotted off the coast of mexico.

azul (Blue) is special to us, and we hope to share that with our guests as well.
